ARTICLE QUALITY MANAGEMENT


THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT
When an Enterprise has quality management it will have a big success. The quality management is a set of rules that the enterprise needs to improve and keep the quality of service and product. The enterprise’s image is the most important in the market, but when you don’t control all process to give the final result, it could damage your product. When we refer to “final result”, it’s not just the necessity that your product covers, we refer all results, and you need a development on your employees, your structures, your corporate culture, and your ideas about the future, well the future of the enterprise. Then, you should apply good quality management in your enterprise, because it is the right way to accomplish big achievements.
The quality process has four steps, there are:

The first one is Act, in this step you need to ask, how can I improve my final result for the next time?, everybody knows that  when you give a product, it can have other tools that make it easy, useful, and advisable, for those reasons you always need to ask this question; the second one is Plan, and in this stage, you must develop the first question, then in this part you answer, what will you do and how can you do that, it’s completely necessary to be aware about the advantages and disadvantages of each solution that you give, because they will have results and it could damage your image and your quality. The third one is Do, then you must develop the Plan that you create to improve the mistake that you find on the first step, when you apply the plan, is essential follow all process that you design, because if you don´t do it, they could bring more problems than at first. The last one is Check, the synonym of that is control, so you verify what were the results of your Plan? Has it the expected results? This process shows us the right way to implement a good Quality Management.
The other part to do a good Quality Management is to have an excellent group of employees, you should hire people who think about the future, people who have high studies or they are studying a career to specialize in some areas, people that know the value of team working, the value of have an excellent relationships, an excellent communication, an excellent attitude, and a big sense to innovate, because they are not satisfied with the present, then they are essentials in the first step of the process to have a good Quality Management.

In conclusion, the Quility Management is the science of control all process that you have in your enterprise, and as result you will have Quality in each part or your company; but for that you must follow orderly steps, i) Act, ii) Plan, iii) Do, and iv) Check; and the last suggestion is to do that continually, remember the world changes all days and if you don’t renovate your knowledge about the market, the company will fail.
